A practical perspective.
Mohit holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. He took the All India Bar Examination (AIBE), conducted by the Bar Council of India, and subsequently practised as counsel in India. That experience forms an important part of his background in legal research, drafting and the preparation of client matters.
In Ontario, he completed postgraduate paralegal studies and provides legal services as a licensed paralegal. His work is informed by both his legal education and his previous experience as an auto claims adjuster in Canada.
Experience beyond
the individual file.
Mohit has authored legal books published by Universal Law Publishing, an imprint of LexisNexis. His involvement in legal publishing reflects his interest in careful research and in explaining legal principles through clear, structured writing.
That same emphasis on preparation carries through to his client work: understanding the documents, identifying the disputed issues and presenting the relevant facts in a coherent way.
Understanding the file.
Explaining the options.
His previous work as an auto claims adjuster provides a practical perspective on claims documentation, insurer requests and the issues that can arise during a claim investigation. His current services focus on eligible insurance and banking disputes, including claims under investigation, denied claims, vehicle theft, total-loss valuation, credit-card disputes and auto-financing matters.
