The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, the general type of matter, an optional institution or other party, an optional deadline and your preferred contact method. The form does not request a written description of your matter. Please do not submit full account or card numbers, passwords, PINs, authentication codes, identification documents, medical records or a complete evidence file through this form.
3. Why the information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, conduct an initial conflict and suitability check, discuss a possible consultation and maintain an appropriate record of the contact. An inquiry does not create a retainer. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or add you to a mailing list.
4. Hosting and email delivery
Online inquiries are transmitted through the website’s hosting and email services to the office inbox. The website uses Hostinger hosting and an office email inbox that may be provided by Gmail. Hosting and email providers may process or store data outside Canada, where other laws may apply. The office should be contacted before highly sensitive records are sent.
5. Cookies and technical safeguards
The inquiry form uses a necessary, temporary session cookie for request security. The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The server may keep standard access and security logs. The form uses a one-way keyed representation of the connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions; rate-limit records do not contain the submitted contact details, stop counting after one hour and are removed during subsequent cleanup. A hosting cleanup schedule can also remove expired records.
6. Access, retention and sharing
Inquiry emails and related records are retained only for legitimate operational, professional or legal purposes and are not automatically deleted when you close your browser. Access should be limited to the office and service providers who need it for those purposes. Information is not sold. Disclosure may be required by law or professional obligations. You may ask about access, correction or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable requirements and any records that must be retained.
7. Your choices and external links
You may use the telephone or office email instead of the web form. Necessary security cookies cannot be disabled while using the protected form, but this website can otherwise be read without them. External resources have their own privacy practices. No communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
